How Long Will My Order Take To Ship?
Orders are processed & shipped within 1 business day. Most of our orders will ship same day unless otherwise specified. Our shipments are processed through Canada Post. We ship globally all around the world.
Can I Purchase Clothes In Store?
Yes, our hats and accessories are available in store at Re-location located at 1289 Queen St. West , Toronto.
Refunds/Exchanges/Returns
We Currently only accept refund request in the case of damaged or lost product within 7 days of Delivery. We do not accept refund request if you order the wrong size by mistake at this time. In the case of a refund we will ask that the order be shipped within 3 days with tracking after approval. We will provide a return postage label for orders within Ontario Only. If you are not within Ontario Canada you will need to purchase a label on your behalf.
Do You Offer Pickup?
